Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

 

To execute and coordinate the Total Rewards strategy thru the execution of Compensation and Benefits programs and systems who can contribute to accomplish the attraction, retention and motivation strategy of the company. To coordinate and support local expertise to enable the company affiliates to independently design Total Rewards policies and plans who can contribute to have a good competitive level.

 

Individual Accountabilities

  • Execute the Compensation strategy and policies which can contribute to maintain and develop the objective of internal equity and external competitiveness of the company. The Compensation programs may include: Job Evaluations, Salary Structures, Guaranteed Payments, Salary Administration (Salary increases, Adjustments, etc.), Short-Term and Sales Incentives Plan, among others.
  • Analyze and evaluate external market data and internal data about the current and projected population to develop Salary and Benefits budgets and forecasts according the company needs.
  • Execute the Core and Non-Core Benefits strategy and policies aligned to each local company needs and accord the market benchmarks. The Benefits programs may include: Medical & Life Insurance, Pension Plan, Check Up's, Assigned Car, Cafeteria, Employee Discount Programs (including Tire Benefit), among others.

Requisitos / Qualifications

Requirements & Competencies

  • Business Administration, Finance, Engineering.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Total Rewards with experience in Payroll, Taxes, Mobility, Total Compensation Programs, Benefits and Wellness.
  • Knowledge on C&B Methodologies (Total Reward Survey, KPI’s, Job Leveling -HAY, MERCER, other-).
  • Enthusiasm to work with people from diverse cultures and ability to effectively communicate across different Countries / Regions / Cultures

Key Shared Accountabilities

  • Determine resources for projects.
  • Create training and communication material
  • Analyze KPIs, lead discussion for getting insights and define actions for improving (with Key Users).
  • Assure alignment and integration among processes (with HROE).
